Pre-Assembly Inspection

Each item goes through a final Pre-Assembly inspection to ensure it complies to our strict

quality control and we are within the allowable industry tolerances. A initial dry build parts

list is checked. The item goes through a complete dry build to ensure all components fit

correctly and there is no binding between components.

Final Assembly & Testing

Final assembly is carefully inspected to ensure no damage to the seals occur. The items that

needs to  be pressure tested are tested and tested to simulate real operating conditions. Test

certificates get issued with each item with necessary information like: Testing Pressure,

open and closed centre, stroke and job number.

Quality Assurance

Each component must adhere to strict quality assurance before commencement. We supply

the machining facilities with an approved manufacturing drawing and raw material to ensure

we don't receive a component manufactured from sub standard materials.

Quality control is set out, adhered to and accompany each job. Each job also comes with a

warranty(Each warranty is depending on the job).

Cylinder Manufacture & Repair

Cylinder Manufacture and Repair consist of:

Chrome Rod Assemblies

Hard face Chrome Rod Assemblies. All new rods are threaded onto clevises and C02 welded.

Hone Tube

Standard Hone Tube with a linish finish.

Seal Kits

Top quality seals.
